Lost your key?

If you lose a key or key chip during the tenancy, you are entitled to a new key or new card, but you must cover the landlord's costs in that connection. If the key is lost outside our opening hours, you must contact the locksmith yourself and cover the costs involved. If you have a key tag and are locked out outside our opening hours, you can call our security number so they can lock themselves in, and an in-locking cost will then be incurred.
