How to end your contract

If you want to report a termination to us, you must do so by logging in to our customer portal MyHome.

If you have not previously used our customer portal, you can easily log in by registering as a new user with the e-mail address you have provided us as your contact address.
Click on this link (https://myhome.heimstaden.com/) to get to MyHome.
On the main page, you can click on "send a service request", where you can choose between sending a request for service or a general request to our customer service center. Furthermore, you need to click on the icons that best suit your problem.
Once you have finally chosen the right category for what you need help with, you can also follow the status of the case and comment on your case if you have further information to add.

According to the Lease, the last month of the lease cannot be December. A notice of termination delivered in September will therefore have a notice period in October, November, December and January, with a move-out on 1 February.

Once we have received your notice, we will immediately search for a new tenant. During the notice period, you must therefore keep the apartment clean, tidy and accessible for views. If we want to carry out a viewing with a potential new tenant, we will contact you in advance and arrange a time for this, either with you present, or by giving us permission to lock ourselves in.
