Can more people move into the apartment?

The Rent Act states that "admission to a household" means that the tenant has the right to take in a spouse and cohabitant in his or her household, as well as his or her own, the spouse's or cohabitant's relatives and foster children. If the tenant wants to have other people in his household, it requires approval from the landlord. If the tenant violates the rule in the Rent Act regarding admission to a household, termination or termination of the lease may be relevant if relevant conditions are met. The landlord must always have information about any admission to the household, so that the resident is entered into the tenancy.
